Chlorinated Paraffin Wax

We are manufacturer and supplier of chlorinated Praffin Wax .We Offer our clients a steadfast range of Chlorinated Paraffin Wax (CPW ). Chlorinated paraffin formulations are used in a wide range of industrial applications including flame retardants and plasticisers. CPW is produced from the reaction of heavy normal paraffin with chlorine. This Chlorinated Paraffin Wax is known for its pure HNP base and excellent flame retardant properties .

We offer our clients modern chlorination techniques and the use of straight-chain liquid paraffin feedstock, chlorinated products are now produced which are water white and have properties comparable to those of the phthalate plasticizers.

An important benefit of CPW is its ability to reduce the unit cost of flexible PVC compounds. Correct reformulation with UNICHLOR produces PVC compounds with comparable physical properties: - softness or hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break and others, as well as heat aged retention of physical properties.

Uses And Application:
  • Manufacturing of PVC Compounds.
  • Flame Retardants (All kinds of Textile & Fabrics)
  • Textiles for carpets, carpet backing, tarpaulins and tents and Paints can be treated with compositions to induce flame retardancy.
  • In paints it is used as a plasticizer for binders and resins.
  • It is also used in caulks and sealants.
  • As an excellent carrier for powders such as pigments, stabilizers and inorganic fire retardants.
  • Additive in lubricating oils.
  • Gear oils.

The below specifications are based on CP manufacturer from high cut Paraffin’s (HNP).We can also supply CP from lower cut paraffin’s suiting to customers requirement.
